Pheonix Performance Sheet

Phoenix Performance Sheet

PhonperfA word about performance. A model of Phoenix was wind tunnel tested and we got excellent correlation between our analytically predicted performance results and the results from the wind tunnel tests. Now, as with the Flyer and as the old saying goes, “The proof of the pudding is in the eating” and we’re not about to go out on a limb and tell you that the numbers below are exactly what you’re going to get but they ought to be in the ball park. The exact numbers, of course, will come from flight test; having said that we do, indeed, think that the numbers represent “blazing” performance and we’re durned proud of the aerodynamics that makes them possible.
